Booking for 2013 season
Booking your place on Bamburgh Research Project can be done by post or email, and we hope to add direct online booking to our website in the near future. Please contact us to determine if there are spaces available in the week(s) you want to attend the project.

2. Pay a deposit to reserve your place
To reserve your place we ask for the payment of a deposit which is one week's fee per person £235.00 (This is taken to be your fee for your first week).
Payments can be made by cheque or via Pay Pal. To pay by PayPal go here
We are happy to provide receipts for payments received. Note: Payments made through PayPal will incur a surcharge to cover what they charge us ( 4%) if you choose to pay by that method.
3. Complete Your Payment
Bookings must be paid in full prior to your arrival (Prior to the commencement of the season we ask for this to be at least 6 weeks in advance). Failure to make advance payment in full will result in the loss of your deposit, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you have concerns, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
No refunds will be made against spaces booked but not taken. Genuine cancellations will be offered alternative dates subject to availability and payment of an administration fee of £25.
A small discount is available to applicants who attend the project for more than 4 weeks.
If you choose not to camp with us we will also offer a moderate discount.
Discounts are only offered in the form of refunds by cheque or electronic transfer when you arrive at the project, so if you are eligible, you still have to pay the normal fees up front.
Late bookings are sometimes possible so please call or email us directly if the field school is already underway.
